Introduces basic dance steps, including ballet technique and terminology, while inspiring creativity and movement exploration. Our Tiny Dancers classes welcome the imagination of our youngest dancers!
Builds on the lessons of Tiny Dancers I while expanding the curriculum to motivate and excite our dancers as they grow!
Builds on basic dance skills and increases dance progressions with a fun combination of ballet, creative movement, rhythm, and balance work. Tap is introduced at this level as an exciting rhythmic exercise. Percussion instruments are also used to teach musical awareness. The class also includes a 10-minute introduction to stretching & conditioning in preparation for jazz that is a big hit with the children.

Hip Hop classes provide a structured method of learning various Hip Hop dance movements in a fun-filled and vibrant class environment. The resulting outcome is an energetic class that not only teaches you Hip Hop movements and technique, but also instills rhythm and precision in your muscle memory.

Classes include ballet, tap, and jazz. The focus of this level is to introduce young dancers to the three styles of dance while inspiring movement & creativity. Each Combo level progressively challenges dancers to increase & apply new dance techniques while solidifying their understanding of previous steps.

A highly formalized acedemic technique characterized by it's light, elegant, fluid movements. Classes focus on Grace, Poise, Musicality, Physical Strength, Felxibility, and Mental Awareness. Ballet builds an invaluable technique base that will propel dancers in all other studies while celbrating the beauty and prowless of the human body.
A theatrical genere that is characterized by high energy levels and lots of attitude. Styles range from "Street Jazz" to "Broadway" and focus on mastering isolations, syncopation, grounded movement, flexibility, and performance skills.
Modern Dance seeks to use the entire body in movements that express abstract ideas. It is a style of free dancing that is not bound by the rules of classical ballet. Contemporary is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. Contemporary dancers strive to connect the mind and the body through a mix of fluid and articulate movements.
With a high focus on musicality, tap engrains its self in the percussion line and allows the performer to become an instrument themselves. The two main styles, Rhythm Tap & Broadway Tap allow dancers to advance thier skill using innovation & imagination to create, master, and execute complex rhythm patterns.
An ever evolving entertainment industry staple, hip hop blends advanced muscle control with intense and fearless performance skills. From Pop & Lock to Lyrical Hip Hop to Jazz-Funk, this artform can be a powerful presentation of emotional expression & extraordinary physical control and endurance.
An introduction to Pointe dance. Dancers focus on the strength and technique required to study and perform pointe work. Pre-pointe dancers work along side Pointe I students but begin in ballet shoes and may progress to pointe shoes for barre excercises only.
The part of classical ballet technique that concerns pointe work, in which a ballet dancer supports all body weight on the tips of fully extended feet. A dancer's body is supported in this manner, and typically, years of training and practice are required to develop the strength and technique needed to perform this stunning advanced technique. All pointe dancers must complete Pre-pointe to enter higher level classes and must also be enrolled in a current season ballet class. Pointe classes require leotard, tights, and a ballet belt that corresponds to the dancer's level of training: Pointe I, Pointe II, Advanced Pointe I, or Advanced Pointe II. Belt colors will be issued upon enrollment.
Due to safety and training requirements, students enrolled in any pointe class cannot miss more than 10 classes per season. If your dancer cannot commit the required class attendance, they may continue with the class but will not perform in the recital routine.

Our Company and Competition teams are comprised of students who audition and are selected for their spot. Dancers who choose to be in one or more of these classes commit to the requirements outlined for them by their contract. For students who are seeking a more pre-professional classroom setting. Extra emphasis is placed on mastering technique and acheiving goals at a higher difficulty level. Company members will have the opportunity to perform at community events as opportunities arise. As a company member you can sign up for any Company class offered and have the privilege to audit any age appropriate class at the studio (except competition).
